Your First Step
As you enter our Wilmington Delaware office, our receptionist, Eva, will welcome you with a big smile. She will provide you with the new patient forms to complete, which provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Your Second Step
Once the forms have been completed, you will meet with Dr. Ross to discuss any health concerns you may have. The Doctor will ask questions to better understand your condition. All of your answers aid the Doctor to determine what the problem is. The Doctor will then perform a detailed chiropractic examination (with your consent) that will involve moving and orthopedic tests to determine what may be causing your health concern. After the exam, the Doctor will let you know if you need to get x-rays.
Your Third Step
Once examinations are performed and all the information has been collected, Dr. Ross will put all the puzzle pieces together and will go over a detailed report of all findings with you. Dr. Ross will discuss all recommendations for you to have the best treatment and will honestly tell you if your condition requires care with other providers. At this point, if chiropractic care can be performed, you may receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
